A Healing Way

To be – “being” – is to be in a state of natural grace taking
all aspects of the whole being – Body, Mind and Spirit – into consideration.

Holistic development of one’s potential to achieve a greater sense of well-being, treating an illness or injury, or striving for self-realization, has to involve conscious awareness of all the facets human being. Mindfulness, consciousness, or an openness to learn and grow is the most important aspect of achieving greater well-being. In this sense well-being is the engagement in the process, not the successes achieved.

Lifestyle – a Healing Way

A well-being lifestyle orientation should include exercise, treatments/therapy, supplements and mental, emotional and spiritual well-being. Healing modalities have to be based on a holistic philosophy to truly make a difference, and common sense practicalities such as drinking enough water, and spending time with positive, humane people should be included in a lifestyle directed at creating well-being.

Happiness, at home, work, in relationships, effective communication, career goal orientation and other elements that lends meaning to life is as important as nutrition. Exercise has to take good posture, effective mobility and effective breathing into consideration. Relative absence of chronic stress, tension, fear, anxiety, feelings of separateness, inadequacy, over excitement, poor thinking habits, physical and mental trauma is perhaps an ideal that seems impossible to reach, yet the process of healing, the journey towards become whole is perfect in its own seemingly imperfections.

Address your well-being on all levels

Exercise has to supported by energy based treatments and physical adjustments, mental, emotional and spiritual guidance and meditation practices and/or self-enquiry. Read uplifting, informative articles and books. A well-being practice should include aspects of the following examples as part of an everyday lifestyle principle.

●  Physical training (yoga, stretching, breathing, walking, surfing, gymnasium)
●  Physical alignment (chiropractic, Body Stress Release)
●  Energy work (Body Talk, Body-Spin, Cranio-Sacral)
●  Pleasurable physical treatments (massage)
●  Study/mental work (scriptures, teachings of classic wisdom)
●  Meditation (for mental focus and spiritual practices)
●  Positive Self-talk (Affirmations)

Become aware of the multi-layered and interactive levels of your being
by observing yourself and others using your intuition, feeling and a keen mind:

●  Physical
●  Mental
●  Intellectual
●  Emotional
●  Creative
●  Spiritual

An important quality

Exercise, treatments and lifestyle orientation should include the whole being – body, mind and spirit.

Achieving oneness, wholeness or peacefulness by producing a bodymind physiology free of stress, tension, fear, anxiety, feelings of separateness, inadequacy, over excitement, poor thinking habits, physical trauma, mental trauma is perhaps an ideal that seems impossible to reach, yet the process of healing, the journey towards become whole is perfect in its own seemingly imperfections.

Specific truths, i.e. “right exercise” (that includes of effective breathing, good posture and mobility), healing modalities that is based in a holistic philosophy, drinking enough water, positivity and so on, should be included.

A lifestyle to accommodate well-being

A few minutes of daily practice, i.e. stretching every day, meditating every second or third day, a regular monthly treatment, rejuvenating rest and reading on a weekend day, occasional walks in nature should be an attainable goal, and not take up a disproportionate amount of time, just like work and other commitments should have a time and place. Only a few minutes of focused practice is necessary for effective lifestyle management – practice the rest of the day should be absorbed into everyday routine.

A process unique to every individual

Different modalities work for different people at different times, therefore is unique for every individual.
Healing takes place on many levels and is a constant process – a journey of awareness and consciousness, of trial and error. It is up to every individual to accept self-responsibility for his or her well-being and to find the therapies and lifestyle activities that resonates with their individual needs.to be – transcends the obstacles that prevents a state of natural grace.

Treating an illness or injury, and developing personal potential in order to achieve a greater sense of well-being should consider the whole being – healing and self-realization is most likely when all aspects of Body, Mind and Spirit are addressed in a way that creates conscious “being”.
